Running the operations
$ go run aws_IAM.go createUser <username>
$ go run aws_IAM.go listAccessKey <username>
$ go run aws_IAM.go listUsers
$ go run aws_IAM.go updateUserName <currentName> <newName>
$ go run aws_IAM.go deleteAccessKeyID <userName> <accessKeyId>
